Always amazing service, love that I can go in and they know my order, as well as their ability to make killer off the menu recommendations based off personal tastes and knowledge of the product. Out of things sometimes...coconut milk...but it’s all good the service y far makes up for it
Usually pretty good, but my cafe Americano didn't taste like the last one. It just tasted lime coffee.
My child might get a bit disgruntled with me for not giving 5 stars but I must be honest. The service was great overall. Our drinks and foods were great. The lobby is too small with too much seating shoved up together. There were food crumbs on tables, chairs and floors along with some trash. I feel of you're going to put a lobby in your establishment then you should also put an attendant there as well. No customer should have to clean their sitting space before use, tacky. Personally I don't understand why they put so many Starbucks locations in Conway and just 1 in Russellville. Doesn't seem wise given the closing of Hastings that increased their business at this location. PS.... While drinking my Veranda it dawned on me that if customers weren't such slobs and actually used a trash can it would be fabulous as well as extremely helpful. It's not nice to litter or be a slob.

Great tasting tea but took forever. They were kind of busy but all I could see was a lot of wasted effort by the baristas
