Reserved a 7-passenger van online. When we got there, we had to wait an hour to be helped since there was only one man working. 2 other men appeared to be wasting time, on their phones, pretending to be busy. At the counter, the man discovered that the van (the only one they had available to rent at this location; one needed an oil change) was supposed to be returned that morning. The woman had not returned it, and did not answer when he called her 2 numbers.
Given that we were leaving that morning, he offered to “upgrade” us to 5-passenger suv-type vehicles. This was impossible, since we were taking a cross-country trip and needed luggage space. So our only option was to drive to Conway, AR to get what I reserved. He did call before and made sure there was one for us there. He also made sure we didn’t have to show proof of paid bills again (which if you pay by debit card, you have to have 2 paid bills with your name and address to verify....strange but I suppose understandable).
I was very satisfied with the service I got from Enterprise I will defiantly rent from them again very friendly staff, beautiful car, thank you Enterprise
The Conway Enterprise was a shock. Everyone was extremely professional and had us out in about 15 minutes. Where Conway wore suits, Russellville wore jeans and tees. The relaxed vibe was fine, but when returning the car, the man who checked the vehicle answered a personal cell phone call almost immediately after interacting with us. 2 of the 3 men wore headphones, openly ignoring customers. The man we first had contact with finished up our transaction, and again appeared to be the only one working.
Enterprise needs to re-evaluate these other 2 employees and the basic business process of making sure vehicles will be available. I understand that people will keep cars past time, but if only one car is available, a reservation shouldn’t be allowed to be made.
The vehicle was there as promised, however I rent from here many times for personal and business. Have always had unlimited miles. This time no because we was informed that the 2017 ford expedition would decrease in value since we was taking it to Orlando. Ok that's fine. Well going thru Georgia close to Macon The engine light comes on I call the 1-800 she says oh we service them just keep driving. We drive another 20 min it starts flashing. This rig has 22,000 Miles on it. I call back tell her we are not gonna chance it theres another enterprise close call ahead and have one waiting she says fine. We show up to this place and the manager there says no one called, also proceeded to give me directions to the nearest ford dealership so I can take the car to be serviced!! Really if I wanted to spend all day in a service shop I would have taken my truck. Finally after two hours We are on our way in a mini van that smells like she kept her kids diapers in there. We go to Orlando, come home a week later I go to turn it in he said sorry for the trouble I asked for a discount especially since I did not go over the 1400 miles in neither rig he said oh no that's not how it works its the trip. Bull crap that is not what you explained at the beginning. Needless to say the 1400.00 Bill he knocked off 60 Bucks. Needless to say the guys that had been running this branch was by far the best. These new guys didn't want to work with us. I will go to Conway when I rent another rig. Or call Hertz

Worst rental car experience ever. Traveling on business and vehicle broke down. Only rental company in town. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, went online and made reservation and the dealership gave courtesy ride to Enterprise..no one to "pick me up" Upon arrival waited over half an hour before I was even acknowledged. Then the guy behind the counter told me that "making a same day reservation was the equivalent to him finding out he was having a baby... it was an unwanted situation" I assured him if given a choice i would not be there but since my car was broken down and I was traveling I needed a car. After another 2 hours I was given a dirty car that was empty on gasoline. When I asked about the fuel level and cleanliness I was told "this is what happens with same day reservation. This place is horrible. Worst customer service ever!!!!!
