All doctors at Monfee Clinic are exceptional Dr.Jessica Carl it's an amazing caring dr. That explains everything just perfect all the time , Dr.Jeff and Carrie Boldson are also great they have been taking care of my kids for the last 4 years I couldn't have chosen a better place!
This used to be a good clinic to go to but now it's not because there phones always stay busy or it'll ring then the fax machine picks up and then the pharmacy will fax for medications and when you call them to ask if they got it they say they never received it.my mom has a heart condition and the heart doctor issued blood work and they havent.sent the heart doctor the results I love dr.monfee and jessica car and Connie to death they work there butt off but something has to be done because some of this stuff is major but can't ever get ahold of them.they say they work hard and care for there patients but I don't see how if you don't answer the patient, or get the faxes from other doctors or pharmacy it's getting out of hand. I understand that they switch to electronic but has nothing to with the doctors themselves it's up front and in my opinion when you need to be seen and it's a emergency problem they need to work them automatically because that's what good doctors do and it's not just us there are a bunch of people and doctor that have complained about them.and that should be enough to work that much harder to fix the problems.

I LOVE THIS DR OFFICE!!! Since Dr self this has become my favorite clinic. the ladies up front are helpful welcoming respectful and the wait is always short. Thank you Jeff for caring and being a fantastic Dr when we need you ")
