We live in Oklahoma but have an aunt and uncle in Russellville that we send flower to occasionally. Colonial always come through for us in a big way. The staff is helpful and friendly, and our aunt and uncle always rave about the beauty of the arrangements that come from there. David at Colonial also helped us with flowers for my mother-in-law's funeral, and they were beautiful.

I placed an order for flowers, for my grandmother, the week prior to having them delivered to ensure that I could have the type of arrangement (color of flowers/vase, etc.) that I was looking for. I asked specifically if they worked with teleflora or ftd. The woman I spoke with said they could do any arrangements from either website. I gave the the specific item number for a teleflora bouquet, and asked her if they had the items for this arrangement. She asked about the vase. I told her I wanted the tall lavender one from the photo, but wondered which of the three prices the photo depicted...because I wanted it to look as nice as the photo. She said she would do it the way it was in the photo for $50. I was concerned because the arrangement started at $60 from teleflora. I asked her about this, and she said she could do it just as nice for $50...even said fresh roses would be arriving the day before delivery, so they would have a great selection. What my grandmother received was nothing like the photo. It was a cheap clear bubble vase, instead of the tall contemporary lavender one I ordered. Instead of the arrangement being lavender, hot pink and peach color scheme, it was hot pink yellow and orange. The shape of the arrangement was entirely different. The service was friendly, but don't expect to get what you order. I do not recommend using this florist.
