I had them service my furnace. They did a poor job and charged me a load more than I was quoted. I called and complained and they said they would reimburse me 50% of my cost by check in the mail. I never recieved the check and they were very rude on the phone. I will never make that mistake again. I would give them no stars if I could.

If I could give them ten stars I would. Been using these guys for about 10 years, since I moved to the area, and they've handled all our HVAC issues and questions amazingly. They've got great service, one time even showing up off hours to help my mom when her heat quit working in winter. Very clean, organized, and professional. Never had a problem with them, and they're the only ones I'd trust with HVAC issues.
