This review is based on the customer service I received for my nails. And this experience was about 4 days in length from when i 1st contacted them about my nails.
I am NEVER going back. I paid way too much money to have my nails start coming off in 10 days. They could have cared less about my situation. I would really think twice about going here. The nail job was in fact pretty but like I said it only lasted 10 days. And they stopped being nice after I asked for a discount. Ridiculous.
I recently had my nails done. Acrylics and dipped. Paid 50 for this. Within 10 days 2 nails started to come off. The paint part was lifting. The only part still attached was the acrylic part. Very painful experience.
Words just can't describe how bad I hate this place go at your own risk they do not disinfect

This is unlike me to complain and I am sorry in advance but I'm really upset with my nails that I had done Saturday and plan to never come back. From now on I know driving 2 HOURS to Hot Springs just to get my nails done is 100% WORTH it!!!!! If I am ever asked about the Mirage Ill let them know of my service and advise them to go else where to spend their money. I had heard that the Mirage was the best place to go to have your nails done in Russellville and since I just moved here I thought I would give it a try. I've lived here since July and I'd normally just drive back to Hot Springs to go to my first class nail place Chic Nails on Central to get my nails done but since I was told you were like a first class place I decided to go. I by no means think I need first class but if I'm going to spend 30$ on my nails I expect the best! I'm the customer that goes to get my nails done every other week and normally leave at least a 10$ tip because I understand nails can be difficult. My gel nails not only looked terrible once I left the store but also looked like I did them myself. It is only the second day and they have already chipped. I'm planning on going to beauty school and had considered the one here in Russellville but after see what type of job that was done by someone who went there I rather spend more and go to Paul Mitchell!! I also got my aunts nails done and she did just a manicure and the tips blue. Her tips looked like a sloppy mess! The blue was not straight and I understand nothing is going to be perfect but I've been getting my nails done for the past 5 years every other week and I've never seen anything this bad!!!
Exceptional service! I love coming here to do my eyebrows & haircuts by Elsie Lynch & my lashes done by Bailey. Very much satisfied. She is personable and amazing. She is also extremely talented and not only nailed the color but the cut as well. Getting so many compliments on my new hairdo and will definitely be returning!! I really recommend this place to friends and family.
Poor customer service. They dont care about customer satisfaction. They are good to you as long as you dont have complaints about their services.
I made an appointment to have them fixed as soon as my nail tech was available. I paid 35 to fill the nails. By this point it had been about 14 days. I asked for a discount. The nail tech was not interested. She didnt see anything wrong with my nails. 'Sometime they just dont take'. I Called later and spoke with another tech. This 2nd tech was very rude. She pretty much let me know it was all my fault and advised that I should have took my services elsewhere if I wasn't happy with them. She is right. There are tons of cheaper and nicer salons in this area. I called again hoping to sort this out, and spoke with the person in charge. She said the same thing. She did not want to work with me. All I asked for was a discount, credit or refund. I would have been happy with a 5 dollar discount. But since I told her I wasnt going back she didnt see the point in pursuing this. And the nail techs, they are independent, so she cant make them do anything they dont want to do. But "she tried though".
