Excellent store in EVERY respect! Most knowledgeable staff in the River Valley. If Leonard's doesn't have it, they don't make it.
I had a horrible experience at Lowe's and decided to try Leonard's and the customer service was outstanding. I will be coming here from now on. Mike and Sonny helped us out the entire time and Sonny even helped carry our stuff out. I definitely recommend shopping here. Thank you for the customer service. I didn't like having to dig through my purse for all my receipts but small price to pay in my opinion.
They have things on the shelf that have been replaced with newer items, and price is slightly higher than anywhere else. Most of the sales team are helpful, but it's still a lap or 2 before you are done. Everything ( almost ) is on "sale" to appear as if you are saving money. They do have items that can't be found elsewhere, like air filters and odd items though. Definitely not a quick stop for hardware, or competitive pricing.
