Very unimpressed. My daughter had an abdominal ultrasound done and they never called back with results. Finally I called them and they told me the results were "negative." No details, etc. Except there were, in fact, two abnormalities on the ultrasound, confirmed by a different hospital. We will be seeking treatment elsewhere going forward. This hospital and associated clinics needs to be seriously audited.

If I could rate NO STARS I would! I lost my son in June at this hospital and while a few nurses were helpful and compassionate. Many others, including the doctor, was not! They could have stopped my contractions but instead they took too long and my water broke! And I went into preterm labor. I am currently pregnant again but have been going to UAMS (i recommended UAMS especially if you're high risk!) and I called my doctor and she told me to go to the ER immediately. So I went to saint marys and It took 1 hour to see me when I could've been going through another miscarriage. They did not wheelchair me anywhere even though I thought that is REQUIRED! They told me they never used the products that they were using on me and they did not get the proper size for my body and ended up making me bleed when I'm HIGH RISK PREGNANT! They had trash and my blood vile and all kinds of things just laying on the counter. They were back and forth telling me one thing and then doing another and they KNOW I'm not supposed to stress and they were stressing me out with not knowing what to do and what was going to happen to me and my baby. They didn't tell me what was going on until I looked at my paper work after almost 5 hours of being there and I found out it was a threatened miscarriage. It was sloppy and they seemed like they didn't care about me or my unborn child what so ever. I will NEVER recommend this hospital!

I was on a motorcycle vacation 1000 miles from home with my wife. I was taken by ambulance to St. Mary's with stomach pain. Arrived around 2:30 AM, Sunday 9/10. I cannot say enough good things about all aspects of my visit. I was examined immediately in the ER, taken for a cat scan and was being operated on shortly after my arrival. (perforated colon) While times were a bit hazy, My wife and I both agreed all ER staff did their very best, no, over and beyond to make us comfortable. After recovery I was an inpatient for 6 days. While I suspect nursing staff was over worked and under staffed, each one of them did their best to care for me. Never once did I feel over looked, just the opposite.

Once the staff heard my wife was from out of town with no transportation, no less than 3 different caregivers volunteered (after their 12 hr shift was over) to take her to the local Walmart (5 mi. away) to buy me stretch pants, drive her to the nearest restaurant (hospital cafeteria closed at 1pm on weekends), and even drive her back to hotel one night so she wouldn't have to walk in the rain. (no uber and taxi service iffy) The staff made appointment with our Dr. back home for followup and another made arrangements with ostomy (?) manufacturers (3) to send samples to arrive at our home by our arrival. We were sent home with enough supplies for our trip. Two days after we made it home, we received a phone call, just to check on me and make sure all was OK. While this was a most unexpected event, my wife and I both feel blessed that if this had to happen, we're glad I was taken to St. Mary's.

From out of town when our three month old got sick. No med check place would see her because she was not 6months yet. We went to st. Mary's ER and it was great. The lady checking us in was very sweet. The male nurse that first got her vitals and all checked in was awesome and so patient with our daughter. Then everyone from the lady checking us in and out, the pharmacist, to the Dr who saw her were so great and so patient. It was just a little cold but they were so helpful and made us feel so comfortable, and even gave us a little Pedialyte for the road and a new diaper. Loved it! It may be an old hospital but the care we received was wonderful!

I was admitted to this hospital the night before my kidney stone removal surgery per Dr Bells orders. It took them two hours to get me in a room and once in the room it took them four hours and five nurses to put a IV in me CORRECTLY and administer pain meds and anti nausea meds. All while trying to pass a 7.5mm stone. At one point I was in so much pain I started to throw up and cry I told them something was wrong they didn't listen. While recovering from surgery the next day the dr told me my utteral wall was ripped from the stone and had to be repaired I knew something was wrong but the nurses there thought they knew more about my body than I did!
