I have stayed at this comfort inn location many times before but never have i ever had the experience that i dealt with this morning . If you are black you will be treated differently and accused of stealing. Worst experience with front desk woman Barbara. Will not be returning for another stay. Barbara needs to be dealt with accordingly for her racist actions.
Very nice motel! Clean and quiet. Nice indoor swimming pool. Fitness equipment in great condition. Tasty breakfast selections.
Room was clean, AC is cold, beds are comfortable, and TV Service is solid. Breakfast was a hot breakfast with powdered eggs, meat, biscuits with gravy, fruit, breads, and juice n coffee. Lone issue is with desk chair in room, which is substandard.
I was pretty satisfied with my visit. However, there is no available recycling here. There are no recycling cans in the rooms, in the hallways, lobby, etc. This is a shame. They do remind you to reuse your dirty towels though to conserve water (wink wink, nudge nudge). I also had an issue with the shower wand cradle positioning. No matter how I seated the wand, it would spray out toward the shower curtain and not toward the tub, This made for a frustrating cleaning experience and also made a mess to be cleaned up afterward. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but is otherwise quite nice, and very clean. Breakfast is pretty good as far as complimentary hotel breakfasts go. The hot tub is nice and hot. The exercise room has enough machines to get in a decent workout, and it has a TV. The internet is relatively fast. There is a decent amount of TV channels including multiple HBOs. Friendly, helpful staff for the most part. Accolades to the manager and to the nice women who take care of the breakfast area.
Loved everything about this place. Staff always goes above and beyond. They make you feel like you're the only person in the hotel. If I could pack the place up and put it in my car I would take them anywhere and everywhere I go from now on. Top notch service. Facility smells clean, looks clean, and is up to date. Amazing water pressure for a great shower after 14+ hours in a car. I can go on and on. #1 in our book for sure. Thanks comfort Inn for turning our trip from bad to great as soon as we arrived at your property.
