Great Corp of Engineers campground with inexpensive, well spaced RV campsites and clean, well maintained shower/bathroom. Lots of trees, located along the river.
This is a beautiful place and we loved it. Nice quiet place and safe for kids to ride their bikes and not worry about getting run over. Only complaint we had was the grass had not been mowed in weeks and was very tall except at the camp host place and it had mowed.
Large spacious campsites near the river. Lots of trees and very well maintained.

FIRE ANTS was HORRIBLE!! We had my 6yr olds bday party there..i payed $50 to rent a picnic pavillion..the ants were everywhere..they got into the birthday cake and i have blisters all over me from where they kept attacking me..i would assume my $50 (with me doing my own cleanup) that they could have provided me a facility that was better maintained..i gave this facility a 3 because the park area is nice and they do keep it mowed..but fire ants that bad is unacceptable!!
