Initially waited awhile for our server (no biggie at first).....food came with no silverware so i asked for flatware. Waited another 5 minutes and it was delivered but right after she left, noticed there were no napkins. Couldn't get anyone's attention so finally went to the bathroom for the papertowels in there! Had to use about 3 of them to mop up the grease from my burger before i could eat. No refills, only one quick "check-in" from our server. Another couple came in late and we could both hear someone yell "f@$k" from the kitchen area!
Great food and service. Nice atmosphere and clean. Polite servers. One of my top favorites.
Went to order and they stated they were out of ribs. My son ordered his food and they are out of pineapple also. Manager came over after requesting when ordered and stated that the ribs take 2 hours to smoke and they weren't ready. We arrived at 2 pm meaning they were open long enough to have ribs cooked and ready. Also ordered strawberry lemonade to drink. It tasted like water with a hint of flavor. Highly disappointed in the experience.
Food is typically fresh and prepared quickly. Limited seating due to small size of building. Nice rewards program and lots of perks. 50/50 chance for outstanding service or just the opposite during peak times. Great food and great variety.
We had very speedy and friendly service at Chili's as we generally do. The all-day-Sunday specials for drinks and appetizers are nice, and our fajitas were excellent. Our server was very friendly and fun. It was the relaxing end to a busy day.
I know people want to go home...i work retail so i understand but we were polite, quick and gone before closing time.....but we wont be back!
I will admit first off that we got there later in the evening, about 40 min to closing. We knew what we wanted and we knew to be quick.
