Pre-loaded trailer was ready when I arrived, however the staff had a hard time finding my load info in their system. Once everything was sorted out, I was on my way. Fast and friendly.
Absolutely hate this place. .. been sitting here for 8 hours supposed to be getting my trailer loaded. How in the hell does it take this long? Seriously if they did their job it shouldn't take much longer than 30 minutes. This is the second time ive been here and it was the same the other time. What the hell are these people doing in there?? Definitely not their damn jobs
Make sure you bring lunch and dinner with you, you'll be there a long time.
