My wife took our dog in that had been hit by a car. Dr said his leg needed to be amputated and he would need to call in a special surgeon. Dr said it would cost between $4,000-$5,000. I asked him to bring my dog back out to me after being in the back for a total of 2mins Dr then said id need to pay my bill first...$54.50??? Wow... I told him Dr Davis from dardanell would amputate it for no more than $600. Dr got rude and said hope you enjoy a dead dog... Took to Dr.Davis he was able to save his leg. My dog was hospitalized at Dr Davis's for 4 nights. My total bill there with his meds for home and everything was $258. Dont take any of your babues to town and county they wont care for them and empty your bank...

All they want is money. Heartless...

Dr Kaufman and staff have been truly a life saver for our horse. We came down from Missouri to ride at Falling Waters and on Saturday our horse went ill. They stayed open 4 hours extra and helped our horse. Thank You!!

We were out of town people with a horse that had an acute medical need. Dr. Kaufman asked us to leave her and go get some lunch. When we got back about a hour and half later we had a $645 bill with a long list of things he said he did. Felt like we were really taken advantage of, coincidentally he asked my husband what he did for a living. A hand written bill that didn't even add up when we got home. Shame on him for taking advantage of people like that!

They worked with us on treating our cat but the vet didn't even look at our cat, we listed symptoms and she just blurted out what came to mind. Everytime I call them, there is a lady that is always super rude and treats me like I'm stupid. Trust me when I say that I'm far from..

I originally went in because of some issues with my dog and the Dr was willing to not only treat my dog but also offer very specific and helpful advice when it came to my dog. He worked with me in ways I imagine no other vet would.. specially the vet i went to first...all great results and I plan to continue using this vet clinic. It's very obvious his concerns and love for animals is genuine...if you truly care for your pet and you want the best..my opinion is go to town and country
