One week later and still hating my hair!
Despite being listed as open on multiple sites, the door being unlocked, and several (female) customers sitting inside the shop getting their hair did, I walk in and am told they are closed Mondays, "sorry dude" and referred one of their competitors by the stylist currently working in the supposedly closed building. Nice
Worst haircut/service ever! I left in tears. The manager assured me that the person cutting my hair was competent, she was not. I wanted hair below my collarbone and ended up with hair at my ears (about 12" GONE! And my son is getting married in a month). When I was leaving I tired to tell the manager but she was too busy talking: talking about her inheritance and how her sister already has hers...and her dad isn't dead yet. Called the next day and talked to the manager, explaining what had happened and that I had someone else fix it. All she said was "What do you want me to say?" "How about sorry" I replied. She begrudgingly said sorry and hung up on me. Also, the staff made fun of me and my religious beliefs while I was there (very uncomfortable when you tell them Jesus is everywhere and they say only at Church- Thanks Tonia!). Do yourself a favor and stay away. By the way, the time before last the manager did my hair and it was cheeto orange when I left and had to go back for a correction because my daughter's wedding was that weekend. The owner, who is a doll, fixed both the color and cut.

Very nice and clean. No annoying music blasting. My hairdresser, Samantha, was ready for me as scheduled. She listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect cut. She focused on her work and didn't gossip or get distracted. I have gotten TONS of compliments. I will be back and now my husband wants to go here too!
