I can never get ahold of you guys on the phone and over half the time your phones don't even work. Saleman was nice til after I got the car. Alot of issues already with the car and only had it for not even a month. Really frustrated
my spouse and i traverse russellville trying to get a car. either the reviews stunk, or ppl had issues about our time at the job. i went to discount auto and met Jeff Bayless. nicest guy you'd ever meet. we went for a drive, and the heat didn't work. Jeff said they'd fix it, or i could get another car. my spouse took off, and we returned where we found another car. i didn't want a crazy car payment; we got one that's SO affordable. Jeff went home early, so Chris helped us. omgawsh, they were so amazing. they explained everything. we got a service contract, etc. getting a car should be as easy as this! we love our dodge grand caravan, too. thanks, discount auto!
I went to this dealership mid march and purchased a ford taurus...bout 6 weeks after buying it the heads cracked in it but during the "repair" of this vehicle i was out of a vehicle and still made every payment on time...finally after a month of no car they put me in a mercury montego..ive had the car 5 weeks and it died today...only this time they refused to fix it over the phone right after it happened!! I told them the keys are in it come get it...horrible customer service!! Done using yall for my auto needs...
