Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle (and not being called back for the repair) , I called to inquiry about the part that needed to be ordered, but the salesman wasn't in and no one in the parts department or service department knew what I was talking about. The following morning I reached the salesman who sold me the car. He did not acknowledge the long delay but said he would investigate and call me later that day with information. He did not. I called again the following day and he told me that he'd look into the status of the needed part. It's now day 21 since I purchased the vehicle and I have no idea when it will be repaired as promised.

Then the problems began: We arranged to pick up the vehicle on a Friday after closing, but when we arrived to get the vehicle, we found that temporary tags had not been put on the car. We also discovered other problems with the vehicle, which included broken door locks (something we wouldn't have thought to check on a test drive.) We had been told the repairs would be able to be made within ten days of purchasing the vehicle, but now it is three weeks later it seems that we've been forgotten.
I was easily able to schedule an appointment to test-drive the vehicle that I had found on their website. I was able to return later the same day with my wife so that she could try it as well, and so that we could agree on the purchase. The negotiation for the price was effortless, satisfying, and on terms that were very desirable. I was able to complete the purchase that same afternoon. The salesmen agreed to have a repair (faulty ignition lock cylinder) made to the vehicle at no cost, and to fill the gas tank before we took possession of the car.
Ace salesman! Polite, not pushy we have bought numerous vehicles from them and never disappointed.
