Absolutely the worst service in Russellville!!!!! I waited 3 weeks, calling several times a week only to speak to a machine. I was drug tested without my consent. After calling many times I finally got a nurse on the phone who said she would talk to the doctor and call me back. Never did. I had to leave a message for the manager, who also did not answer not call me back. A nurse named Brenda will hang up on you and not care what problems you are having. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Very slow service. Takes an hour before your name is called to leave the waiting room to see the doctor. They also ask the same 20 questions per visit. Too bad that can't be store that in their computer.
Absolutely the worst service possible. Icompitent doctors take vacations for weeks at a time with waiting patients. Do not recommend.
The nurses are rude to me everytime I take my kid to see the doctor
