He was appointed by the state to 'pick me apart' for my disability case. He changed my diagnoses of Bipolar to Borderline Personality Disorder, of which I was not informed. He was very rude and short. He had a very bad attitude. He said that while my condition would limit my ability to work, the fact that I was smiling and laughed at my appointment showed I was okay...I don't understand.
