If you're looking for someone who will actually respond to your phone calls, go elsewhere. This guy has no customer service skills, and his plumbing left a lot to be desired.
We hired this guy to replace a 1 foot section of drain pipe under our sink, because we couldn't get the old pipe off. He successfully got the old pipe out, and installed a new one. HOWEVER, the new one, we later discovered, was leaking pretty terribly. I called him back the same day that he finished our job and let him know that it was leaking. He promised to come by the next day to fix it. He did not show the next day, so I called him again. He did not answer. And the next day the process continued. This went on for OVER A WEEK, with us being unable to use our kitchen sink the WHOLE time. We finally went to Lowes, bought some new pipe, and fixed it ourselves, and it hasn't leaked yet.
