When they fix something, it's fixed! When they quote a price, they are quoting the price for what we NEEDED not just to give us a low price that ends up costing us more each month on our utility bill. In full disclosure, I do work with them in advertising, but I have also grown to trust 4 generations of expertise.

Service tech came out to diagnose my unit. He starts sniffing the Freon that he is allowing into the air, then tells me I have the wrong Freon in my unit. (Red flag) after that he tried to sell me $7k worth of parts and labor for a new unit. Called a different tech and it ends up being a $100 coil cleaning that is needed. I called the service manager to let them know about their tech and the reason I will not be paying the bill. I was dismissed out of hand and called a liar. All she had to say was "sir we don't have techs like that" and "you need to pay the bill".
Our water heater went out at the worst time! I called Rood heating and cooling because they were the ONLY ones open. They were there with a new water heater and got it fixed promptly! I love their fast and friendly service. Fortunately, I was able to pay for it, but was assured of their great financing they had available. They were willing to work with me!! Eddie and Preston are your go to guys!
