The biggest problem is that our dishwasher has NEVER worked. After a few calls they finally sent someone, but all he did was verify that it’s not operational, he didn’t FIX anything! Now the past two times I’ve called, they tell me he says he fixed it, they’ve already paid him, and “we’ll get back to you” never happens.
In 2015 me and my husband were in the market to buy a house, we knew we would go through Moore & Co because they have the utmost professionalism and kindness I've ever seen or been apart of. Jodi Moore was our realtor and she was absolutely a ball to work with, she has the most fun personality and she really cares about her clients. Although we went through some hurdles to get to find our house she was very patient and knew what we were going through. After buying our house we still to this day have a great relationship with Moore and Co and will always look forward to working with them in the future of any home we buy! It's been now a month that I have kept asking them to repair my dishwasher and they have not done anything!!!
I’ve called every week for over the past month about my dishwasher not working and it still hasn’t been fixed. I also called about my A/C unit not working and they told me that since it’s November it should be getting cold soon that it’s not a “priority” to them to come fix it. It was 83 degrees in my apartment and the next 4 days it’s supposed to be over 80 degrees. November or not it’s too hot to not have my A/C.
We’re 4 months into a 6 month lease. We love our 2 bedroom apartment, even though it’s an older building and isn’t great on energy efficiency.
If I could give a half a star I would! I have had no luck getting anything fixed multiple things don't work in my apartment. The maintenance man put a whole in my bedroom ceiling 4 months ago while working on upstairs apartment, the whole is still there! My water bill doubled 6 months ago I showed papers from the water company documenting the leak twice, still nothing has been done about that. The police have been to my complex 3 times an pulled people from thier apartment, when I ask if they could work with me on the deposit for moving to a new place they said there was nothing they could do! Worst worst real estate service, customer care ever!
