Now I remember why it's been several months since I went to this store. My order was taken, which took about 15 minutes to cook (probably because it was so overdone we could barely bite into it). Floors so dirty one of the customers swept them. The sauce was omitted and when I went to the counter she had disappeared so I needed to go behind to the kitchen to get my sauce. This place definitely needs a new manager!
Very friendly place food is decent
Waited 20 minutes, during which time I watched 2 employees flirting and grabbing each other's butts, the ice bucket was used twice, after said butt touching, and then Mr. Man Bun made 2 orders without washing hands. When my order was given to us, I asked if we waited 20 minutes for that, and Miss Cocky responded with "Yup, have a nice night". Once I checked my order, I realize they left stuff out. Monday morning corporate will be called about this lovely experience. I would call the store but I have a feeling nothing will be done.
They overcharged for our meal and charged for every side that was supposed to come with the meal. They also didn't let us know that they were out of okra until 15 minutes after we ordered our food. The tea was old.
Made fish fresh for us .. great..but gave us cold and old fries...it doesn't take that much more to throw in fries when you gonna cook fresh fish. Telling us fish was fresh made us think the fries would be too so they were really noticably cold and bad.
