The owner was very nice and helpful and the price was reasonable. It was also a nice location. I definitely stay here again if we're going through there.
This is our third visit in a year because it's a convenient stop over right off I-40. The owner is wonderfully nice and will do anything he can to make your stay go well. He is constantly improving the property. Our second visit, he had opened a new area in the back with 3 or 4 more rows of sites (grass is growing, but no trees just yet). This visit brings much faster internet and soon there will be cable (without the box!). The grounds are pretty well kept, and the laundry room/bath house area is clean. There is also an exercise bike and elliptical in the laundry area, so that was cool that I could ride the bike while waiting on laundry to finish. Since it's a one man show, he's hardly ever in the office, but he has always answered the phone. We'll be back as we have friends in the area
This is a top notch campground. It is spotless, spacious, and felt safe. Well manicured. The owner was very accommodating and available. Nicely located. Bath house and laundry room was very clean and spacious.
Late check in , host did not give us WiFi code or cable tv channel list, or bathroom code! Site was level and lighted. At almost $40 it lacked a lot!!!!!stayed at much cheaper ones and got better service!!!!!
