Great location near ANO and Lake Dardanelle. Room was very clean and well appointed with the basic amenities: flat screen tv, microwave, fridge, Wifi.
Room was clean and rates were very reasonable. Room had a nice TV, WIFI, microwave, fridge, and the location was very convenient and quiet. It's an ideal if you're looking for a cheap and reliable place to stay if you're in town for work. Management was very friendly and accommodating.

Bugs in bathroom. TV from the 90's. Smelly room
I found bedbugs in my room. The owner only sprayed the mattress. We were here for a lighter shutdown. We left that day we after the owner didnt seem concerned over me finding the room was infested. Had to treat all belongings for fear of taking them home
