Bought a 2013 dodge truck and paid $2100 for extended warranty after a year started having trouble with the rear axel.Called the dealership and they said it's covered and told me where to take the truck.Two weeks later I get a call saying truck is fixed but warranty didn't pay for it.I called dealership and they say it should have been covered under dodge factory power train warranty and I said why didn't you tell me that and they said well we didn't think about it.I tried to get them to make it right but they wouldn't do anything about it so I had to pay $550.I will never go there again and I'll tell all my family and friends to stay away
They are not high pressure. That is a good trait for a car dealership.
