Came in for a chip repair and waited a total of 30 minutes for them to finish the car in front of me and return my keys with the chip repaired. Gentleman was friendly, polite and had me on my way quickly at a fair price. I’ll definately bring my other car here to have it fixed.
There was never as much as an apology for damaging my vehicle... no "sorry for the inconvenience", nothing. I spent probably four hours at the dealership trying to track this part down, and, while the part was not very expensive ($43.96 to be exact), my time is valuable when I am fixing someone else's mistake. I even told the gentleman that I would be happy to replace the part myself, if he would just pay for it. So, after I located the part, I ordered it and took the invoice to the gentleman, where he prompted to give me $45.00 cash and asked if I had $2, because he didn't have any $1 bills. Are you kidding me? I said "no, I do not have any ones" (which I didn't), and then he asked me if $40.00 would cover it! He is trying to skimp me out of $1.04 after I had spent hours trying to find this part, two trips to town (I live about 20 miles away), and not even an apology?

Anyhow, I avoided confrontation, and said "yeah, that will do", and he did not say "sorry" one time, and just walked off! Is this how a person is supposed to run a business? I have two businesses, and if one of my customers is not happy, I make it right, and they know that I am making it right because I WANT to, not because I have to. I am not the type of person to complain whatsoever, I know mistakes happen, but this was ridiculous. Never again. I hope this review helps someone in their decision should they need a windshield. It will get done fast, but you should hope nothing happens during the installation.
My rearview mirror fell off and they fixed free of charge. Apparently it it a free service they offer because they buy the special glue in bulk! Great job, two weeks later it's still going strong!!!
The name really does say it all... it was fast, however, you might just pay the price. I brought my vehicle in to this gentleman at 2:00 one afternoon, left, did a few errands, returned at 2:45 and it was done. At the time, I was thinking "this is too good to be true", and it was. I paid the man and went on my way, not thinking to inspect my vehicle more closely before leaving. Upon further inspection, there was one large crack, and small scratches all the way across the trim piece that goes between my windshield and dash pad (from where their "extractor" got 'too close', as the gentleman informed me). I took the vehicle back, and showed it to the gentleman, where he proceeded to explain what had happened. He then told me that he would replace the piece. This was what I expected seeing as how they scratched it beyond acceptability. Whether it was he, or the person working with him that did it was irrelevant, but whomever installed the windshield KNEW that it had happened, as it was too obvious to miss. Now...
We always take very good care of our vehicle, and rarely drive it in wet weather. However, we recently let it sit out in the rain over night, and in the morning found that everything on the dash was soaked. Upon further inspection, and testing, the windshield that fast glass installed for us is leaking on both bottom corners. This windshield will most likely have to be removed, and reinstalled by someone who knows what they are doing. BEWARE
