These boys went above and beyond to help me, and they've take great care of my mother too (who happens to live near one of their employees). Excellent work and STELLAR service!!
This place released my vehicle to a crooked salvage (appleton auto salvage, see my other review) who sold me a bad motor then poured gear oil in it. When I refused to pay JEM for installing the motor and then releasing the vehicle to the salvage, the salvage stole my truck! The moral of the story is this shop does not do good business. Emptor caveat!
They are always ready to answer any questions I have about my vehicle and what they are doing to fix it . They have great reasonable prices better than any other shops in the Russellville or River valley area. Thanks guys keep up the good work I recommend this place to everyone.
Too bad Jared Tackett can't tell the truth.... His truck was up for repo and the finance company requested for the truck to be picked up. Eric is a great guy and a super mechanic.
