The owner is very friendly and will work with you on alot of things. The amount of stuff this place does is amazing. Radio Installs, custom headlights, turbos, lifts, etc. Great group of mechanics.

I called around town asking how much a front end alignment would cost. Newton Tire give me a quote of $49.95, as well as many other places around Russellville. I decided to go to Newton because of my past experiences with them(I believe the business has been sold 2 times since John Newton owned it but kept the same name). When I went to pay for the work they charged me a different price of the $49.95. The cost was $54.95 For Labor plus $5.50 shop supplies(what supplies) plus $5.45 For tax. A total price of $65.90.
Due to tight schedule and needing to be done on my lunch hour, I called and made appointment at 1pm. Arrived 15 minutes early and was told it would only take about 20 minutes to rotate and balance tires. Walked to Dairy Queen ate lunch, made a few phone calls and when I returned, they had forgotten that I was even there. Hadn't even pulled my vehicle in. Had to wait another 40 minutes. They didn't even seem to care. Jason and Michael...absolutely the worse customer service ever.
