I have been with this company now for several years and have absolutely no complaints. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and extremely efficient. They go out of their way to find me the best deal and would highly recommend them.
The agents at this location were very rude and unprofessional. I was given information about my coverage that turned out to be very wrong. I had to go through 5 different phone numbers to file a claim and it took over a week to actually get any response on that claim. The adjuster they sent was totally unprofessional and was more concerned with his vehicle and what it looked like then mine. His report was totally different than what he told to me. My claim was denied for reasons that were totally untrue and after confronting the claims representative I understood that the agents that actually put the policy in effect were giving me wrong information. Sorry! When you pay cheap prices you get cheap service. I wouldn't recommend this agency or insurance.
I love this company and everyone who works at this location. I have been with them for 4 years and I have never felt like I could trust that I was getting the most bang for my buck with my car ins. until I became a customer here. I would recommend this company to anyone in this area!
