Would not recommend this agency if you are in the market for Insurance. Craig will collect your money and you will receive no assistance in return. The first issue we had was when I totaled my car out a few years back. We thought everything was fine until we got a call from his office stating that he was canceling our insurance because my wife’s title on her vehicle came back as a salvage title. He was very rude over the phone and made it sound like we had done something wrong. Turns out when Craig was filing the paperwork on my car he put used my wife’s VIN instead of mine…… 100% their fault! We received no apology on his behalf. After that my wife stated that she was not comfortable talking to him, which really got my blood boiling! The next issue was a small water leak in our bathroom. We found that our carpets were wet in the adjoining room and I read my policy. It stated that I needed to call it in, so I did. We were told on the phone that they would not come out to look at it because they assumed it was “builder’s error” and “poor workmanship” as our home was under 2 years old. I had a plumber come out and fix it, and there was no damage as it was a small leak. 3 months later Craig calls my wife at work and tells her they are canceling our policy because of the leak. Once again we found ourselves scrambling for a problem they should be dealing with, not us. I gave Craig the contact information of the Plumber and told him he could get all the repair documentation from him. He told me that was not good enough, and that I would have to get a signed letterhead from the plumber, a copy of the check, and a statement from me. I argued with Craig that this is not my responsibility as they refused to take the claim and that if he wanted to come inspect the repair I was more than happy to show him. He then then stated to me that I was immature and acting like a Jr. high school kid because I was upset that we were getting threatened to get cancelled for the second time! This is when I decided that this agency was not the fit for us. Turns out A LOT of people in the community feel this way about Mr. Campbell once I started talking to folks about our experience. I really do not understand his business model and how he plans to keep customers in the future. We had 2 homes, 4 vehicles, and 2 auto loans through him. We have switched all of our insurance to another company in town, and are in the process of switching our auto loans. He is not a nice person and his service is horrible.
This is a great agency primarily because of three employees - Michelle, Chad and Ethan. They are all very knowledgeable and always helpful. Michelle personally saved us almost $300 every 6 months over our previous insurance company!
