I found out that I had no insurance on my 2017 car on the weekend. I called Jess at home and he assured me that the issue would be corrected.
I traded for a new SXS so I called the office to tell them to add my new Honda SXS and cancel my SXS that I traded in. The employee canceled my Honda car insurance policy instead. By this happening I then had 2 SXS's, my truck, and my home insured. It caused me to loose my multi-car insurance rate.
It has been over 2 months now and today the problem is still not resolved. I got a bill last week in the mail for $87.70 the staff in his office told me not to pay because they were working on my account and assured me that it would be corrected. Today, a week later I got another bill for the same amount that is due by 11/24/2017. Today is 11/20/2017.
I have been with Jess Eubanks office for years. I think he must have new employees because they messed my policy up and at this they still have not got it corrected.
A office mistake has cost me hours of time on the telephone for no reason. A apology is not good enough sometimes. After 33 years as a customer I believe I am about to change insurance companies. If you are going to work at a business where what you do affects someone another persons lively hood then pay attention to what you are doing. Why on earth would I want to add another SXS and cancel a car insurance policy after having 1 SXS and 2 vehicles insured for years.
