Not a good experience.
Backed into a tree and needed rear side panel and bumper replaced. Also I have a spray in bed liner that wrapped around on top of rear side panel. This would also have to be addressed. The agreement before the work was to fix the body issues and leave the top of the panel not sprayed with bed liner. Instead I was to have them go through insurance to cut me a check to have the bed liner done where I had it originally done.
They fix it. I go to get it and they have sprayed the bed liner. Not the whole bed as I would have wanted to match color but just the top of the panel. Now there is an obvious difference in old and new bed liner and didn't do a good job at that. It's also not the same kind of bed liner that I have on the rest of my truck. They did own up to their mistake and gave me the money they agreed to. But the product they gave me was not good. The body work seems fine but whereever they took my truck for the bed liner did a terrible job and Sorrells was alright with giving this even after their mistake.
To their credit they were very nice about the whole ordeal but in the end I'm not satisfied and will have to get my truck bed re sprayed entirely.
Sorrell's did an excellent job fixing my car and I couldn't have asked for friendlier service.
